a) Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photo or video proof showing the issue.

b) Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or if any item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours with proper evidence (images/video of the package and contents).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Personal care items (if opened/used)

  • Electronic items (only replacement available if defective)

4. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Customers are required to ship the product back to us.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we may assist or reimburse return shipping charges.
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Replacement Policy

  • For defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
  • Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Order Cancellation & Refusal

  • If an order is refused at the time of delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Important Notes

  • Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
