b) Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or if any item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours with proper evidence (images/video of the package and contents).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

4. Return Process
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Customers are required to ship the product back to us.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
5. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we may assist or reimburse return shipping charges.
- For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. Replacement Policy
- For defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
- Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Order Cancellation & Refusal
- If an order is refused at the time of delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

- Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
